If you are looking to strengthen, tone and flex your body, try VINYASA FLOW YOGA. It’s a series of sequential poses to challenge every student within their own limits. Perfect for absolute beginners to more advanced levels, with postures tailored to each individual’s ability.
Within the mindful pace of SLOW FLOW VINYASA, the practitioner is able to familiarise themselves with the workings of their body, refining and delving deeper into each pose. The more gentle nature of slow flow, provides flowing movement, and, concentrated breath awareness, resulting in a deep sense of calm. Perfect for all levels, whether a beginner wanting to try Vinyasa yoga in a slower pace, or the more advanced, wanting to deepen their practice in a reflective way.
If you are looking to build strength as well as detoxify your system, try POWER FLOW YOGA. A healing blend of static and flowing postures, it stimulates both the endocrine and nervous systems, to cleanse and promote healing. Expect to build overall strength in every muscle group, increase flexibility as well as gain a deeper sense of calm. Perfect for absolute beginners to more advanced levels, with options provided for all.
If you are looking to promote vitality and ease muscular tension, as well as improve connection with inner self, try YIN & YANG YOGA. A sequence of strengthening postures to build fitness as well as work the deep connective tissue to release tightness and aches and pains. ‘Pranayama’ deep breathing techniques and guided meditation allow for connection with inner self. This practice will assist to calm the heart rate and the nervous system and improve overall health and vitality.
Are you looking for a gentler yoga experience, or looking to build strength following injury, try RESTORATIVE / GENTLE HATHA YOGA. A slow paced, gentle and potent yoga practice to promote connection between breath and body, calm the nervous system as well building strength and flexibility.
