YOGA – Our beautiful yoga studio offers a range of yoga teachings perfect for those wishing to refine or develop their yoga practice. Hosted by an incredible panel of nationally accredited yoga teachers, guests can choose from Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Flow Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga and Restorative Gentle Hatha Yoga.
REIKI – Enjoy an energizing and balancing Reiki therapy. Reiki taps into the universal life energy that is transmitted through the hands of the therapist to the recipient, to support the body’s own ability to heal itself. It allows energy to flow smoothly around the body by removing blockages and stagnant energy, providing a deeply relaxing and revitalizing experience.
SOUND HEALING – For something different yet deeply meditative and restorative, we offer Sound Healing with visiting Practitioner Julian Silburn. Julian creates ancient curative sounds and vibrations using the Didgeridoo, Crystal Bowls and other indigenous instruments to guide you into a therapeutic state of relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and deeply rested.
CHAKRA BALANCING TREATMENT – Deeply meditative, this experience brings the chakras into alignment through a fluid combination of massage, specific essential oil blends and healing crystals. Working subtly on the energetic body with profound effects, this truly unique experience will leave you feeling calm and balanced, physically, energetically and mentally.
DETOX: INFRA-RED SAUNA – To detoxify the body of accumulated toxins and heavy metals, try our Infra-Red Sauna that uses naturally occurring infrared rays to purify the body. Whilst detoxifying, it helps alleviate cellulite and improve skin tone, whilst deeply relaxing mind and body.
