Gift Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased for a specific service, or for a dollar amount. If you’ve purchased a voucher for a specific service, we’re more than happy to transfer the value of that voucher to a different treatment. You also don’t have to spend your voucher all in one go, it can be used at any of our five spa locations for more than one visit, allowing the dollar value isn’t exceeded.

Gift vouchers can be purchased instantly online. When purchasing online, you can opt for the voucher to be sent via email or to be posted free of charge. They can also be purchased in store. When purchased at any of our relaxing day spa locations, or when posted, the voucher will be delicately placed in a cardboard wallet and wrapped beautifully with ribbon.

At the time of purchase, you can opt to have it emailed or posted directly to the gift recipient.

Yes, you are welcome to use your gift voucher at all five of our locations Cottesloe, Highgate, Westin, Wembley and Injidup, however please note that not all treatments on the menu are offered at our Injidup Spa.

We use Australia Post. Due to recent delays with Australia Post we are unable to guarantee delivery times. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we do recommend that you allow more time for the voucher to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. (Update November 2020)

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
