Here at Bodhi J, our teachers each deliver their own unique teachings of a vinyasa flow class – incorporating a variety of poses to warm, stretch, strengthen, tone and flex the body, challenging every student, within their own limits. Slow Flow Vinyasa Within the mindful pace of slow flow Vinyasa, the practitioner is able to familiarise themselves with the workings of their body, refining and delving deeper into each pose. The more gentle nature of slow flow, provides flowing movement, and, concentrated breath awareness, resulting in a deep sense of calm.
Perfect for all levels, whether a beginner wanting to try Vinyasa yoga in a slower pace, or the more advanced, wanting to deepen their practice in a reflective way.
A combination of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, our Yin & Yang classes focus on strengthening postures that also help to increase your heart rate and build your fitness, incorporating Yin postures which work with the deep connective tissue to release muscular tension, aiding to stretch out aches and pains. Including pranayama deep breathing techniques, and a guided meditation or extended savasana at the end, for blissful time to tune in to your inner self. This practice will assist to calm the heart rate, calm the nervous system and assist to improve overall health and vitality. Perfect for absolute beginners to more advanced levels with many options provided for all.
Experience a slow paced, gentle and potent yoga practice. Incorporating the use of props and accompanied by demonstrations, clear instructions and individual attention. All movements and postures are aimed at healing and nourishing the body.
